About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing/Operations Intern to join our team and provide valuable support in various areas of our marketing department. This role involves assisting with day-to-day operations, organizing and managing content and data, and supporting marketing campaigns and activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about different aspects of marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the marketing department.
  • Organize and manage marketing content and data, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.
  • Support the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content for websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and activities, including meetings and follow-up tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data to support decision-making and identify trends.
  • Assist in process improvement and implementation of new procedures.
  • Support project management tasks, including planning, execution, and coordination with departments.

  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices is a plus, though minimum to no experience is required.
