We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager (Catalog and Product Data Management + Digital Merchandising Strategy) to lead and optimize our product catalog across multiple online stores. This role combines strategic leadership with deep analytical expertise to enhance product presentation, drive customer engagement, and maximize revenue growth. You'll take charge of the backbone of our e-commerce operations, blending technical skills with innovative solutions to shape how customers interact with our products.
As a key leader, you'll oversee a team of catalog specialists, manage complex projects, and implement scalable processes to ensure excellence in catalog management and customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of catalog specialists, providing mentorship, setting performance metrics, and fostering a culture of analytical thinking and continuous improvement.
- Product Catalog Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of our product catalog, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and optimization.
- Project Management: Drive cross-functional projects including new product launches, vendor onboarding, and landing page optimization, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Process Development: Build and maintain scalable processes for catalog management, including SOPs, playbooks, and quality control measures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align product information with business objectives and promotional campaigns.
- E-commerce Optimization: Implement best practices and innovative solutions for product presentation and categorization to elevate customer experience and drive conversions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure our catalog is complete, accurate, and optimized for a seamless customer journey.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in product discoverability and appeal, driving actionable insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, with demonstrated expertise in data analytics and team leadership.
- Proven ability to manage large datasets while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce, and product information management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Trello).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
