About the role
The Search Marketing Manager leads WebLife's Search Team in developing and executing comprehensive paid search strategies across multiple platforms. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid search advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic paid search initiatives across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Shopping platforms
- Lead a team of Paid Search Specialists, providing guidance and mentorship while ensuring operational excellence
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, ROAS, and CPC
- Create comprehensive reporting structures to track campaign performance and ROI
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align search strategies with business objectives
- Manage budget allocation and optimization across all search advertising channels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising, with 5+ years in a management/leaership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid search strategies
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Shopping platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellence in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
