At WebLife, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager & CRM Specialist to lead our CRM implementation and optimization initiatives while managing cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies. As 16 years old e-commerce company with $250M+ in all time revenue generated, WebLife the largest distributor of mailboxes across the U.S.

Years of Experience

  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM platform experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

About the Role

Lead CRM initiatives and cross-functional projects while establishing best practices for project management and CRM optimization. This role will be instrumental in setting up and scaling our CRM operations while ensuring efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and resource allocation
  • Create and maintain project documentation and tracking systems
  • Remove blockers and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Implement and optimize project management processes

CRM Management & Development

  • Configure and optimize CRM systems and workflows
  • Develop and implement CRM strategy and roadmap
  • Ensure data integrity and system reliability
  • Create automation workflows and integration solutions
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics
  • Lead CRM training and adoption initiatives

Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Develop scalable solutions for business needs
  • Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms
  • Monitor and optimize system performance

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Coordinate between technical and business teams
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
  • Lead change management initiatives
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Mentor team members on project management and CRM best practices

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management and CRM administration
  • Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Zoho)
  • Track record of successful project delivery
  • Understanding of IT systems and integrations

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and administration
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
  • Understanding of API integrations and data flows
  • Knowledge of automation and workflow tools
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of database concepts

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Scrum Master Certification (PSM/CSM)
  • CRM platform certifications
  • Project Management certifications (PMP/Prince2)
  • Agile certifications
