Requirements

  • 3+ years of prior experience in project analysis and research, in a Digital Marketing and / or e-commerce setting
  • Experience in Managing multiple projects and Project Management experience
  • Basic knowledge of content creation and marketing processes
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Clickup.com, Asana, or Trello)
  • BSc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of agile project management methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Adaptable and quick learner, especially with new technologies and methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning about different aspects of the business

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and report on project data to support decision-making will be one of the main responsibilities of the selected candidate
  • Help create and maintain SOPs, Knowledge Resources, and Playbooks related to various projects
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects across operations, content creation, and marketing departments
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation as required
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Clickup.com) to track progress, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Support content creation initiatives, including research and coordination with writers and designers
  • Assist in marketing campaign execution and tracking
  • Contribute to process improvement and implementation of new procedures
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively
