Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines, including employer branding initiatives specifically tailored to the Sri Lankan market
Guide WebLife and other companies through the talent acquisition process in Sri Lanka, providing expert insights on local compensation standards, talent availability, and recruitment best practices
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop clear candidate selection criteria
Create comprehensive job descriptions and structured interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements
Source qualified candidates through professional networks, online platforms, and local recruitment channels and local events.
Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance WebLife's employer brand in Sri Lanka
Maintain detailed records of all recruitment materials and processes, including interview notes and feedback
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes that ensure positive candidate experiences
Form strong relationships with hiring managers to establish clear expectations for both candidates and interviewers
Provide strategic guidance to WebLife and partner companies on navigating the Sri Lankan talent market
Requirements
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or similar HR roles, with extensive knowledge of the Sri Lankan job market
Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Deep understanding of Sri Lankan talent landscape, including local universities, professional networks, and industry hubs
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks for candidate sourcing
Experience in leveraging LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively identify and engage potential candidates
Strong ability to document processes and stay current with industry recruitment trends
Excellent interpersonal and external communication skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
